An 8×8 addressable LED matrix that mirrors live flag states straight from your sim — driven by custom firmware written from scratch, not a stock LED profile.

Hardware:

• 8×8 WS2812B addressable LED matrix (64 individually controllable RGB LEDs)
• ESP32 microcontroller, powered and updated over USB-C — no separate programmer needed
• 3D-printed black PLA housing, hand-sanded to a 2000-grit finish
• Open lattice front cover for clean, unobstructed light
• Seven Thousand logo embossed directly into the print
• Tool-free slide-mount — shared across every future Seven Thousand component on the same mounting standard

What it does:

• Live flag states (Green, Yellow, Blue, White, Checkered, Black, Debris), each with genuinely distinct motion — not just a color change
• Gear-change takeover: briefly displays your current gear as a pixel-drawn digit
• Pit limiter and pit lane indicators, synced to match your wheel's own LED behavior
• Gamma-corrected output and crossfaded transitions — every effect looks smooth and premium, not flat or snappy
• Boot sequence tied to real ignition data, not simple power-on
